SEDALAW's legal services is divided into the following:

Retainer

In line with our creed of total responsibility for our client's legal concerns, SEDALAW encourages clients to enter into a Retainer Agreement for the Firm's legal services. A Retainer Agreement is an engagement for a fee on a monthly basis, under which the Firm renders services upon request of the client. This arrangement cements the Firm and our client's continuing relationship and makes SEDALAW's expertise within reach the moment it is required.

Sevices covered by the Retainer Agreement may include consultations and/or opinions on actual and/or anticipatory situations the client encounters; and advice on, review and/or preparation of contracts, correspondence and similar documents; and verification and follow-up with government offices and/or agencies in connection with matters that the client refers to the Firm and covered by the Retainer Agreement.

Special Projects

Legal concerns not covered by the Firms's other practice areas are classified as Special Projects. The breadth of this field spans SEDALAW's collective experience in corporate and government special projects, to include: debt restructuring, suspension of payments, corporate rehabilitation, mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence and intra-corporate disputes.

With the members of the Firm's role as former consultants to the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), National Power Corporation (NAPOCOR), and the House of Representatives, SEDALAW possesses an awareness of government systems and operations invaluable to special projects in these areas.
