SEDALAW welcomes new senior associates
The partners of the Averilla Defensor & Enrile Law (SEDALAW) are pleased to announce that effective 01 January 2009, Attys. Mark C. Aldave and Archivald F. De Mata have been promoted as senior associate lawyers of the Firm.
Atty. Aldave received his Bachelor of Laws degree from Arellano University in 2004. During law school, he was a member of the school’s bar operations, heading various academics committees.
He passed the 2004 bar exams and became a member of the bar in 2005.
Atty. Aldave, who traces his roots to San Andres, Catanduanes, studied at De La Salle University-Manila for his pre-law degree. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree, major in Business Management, in 1998.
Before joining SEDALAW, Atty. Aldave worked as a legal officer for the Philippine Retirement Authority. He was also an associate at Donato Em Santos Zarate & Rodriguez Law Offices.
Atty. Aldave has been an associate of SEDALAW since February 2006. He handles corporate, civil, and criminal litigation, labor, and special projects.
Mr. de Mata earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Santo Tomas in 2004. During law school, he made the dean’s list for four semesters and actively participated in the school’s bar operations.
He passed the 2004 bar exams and became a member of the bar in 2005.
On the other hand, Atty. de Mata, who hails from Labo, Camarines Norte, received his pre-law degree from the University of Santo Tomas. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree, major in Legal Management, in 2000.
Before joining SEDALAW, Atty. de Mata was an associate at De Borja Lamorena & Duano Law Offices.
Atty. de Mata has been an associate of SEDALAW since April 2007. He handles corporate and civil litigation, labor, and special projects.
